Mongoose Post

Post everywhere, with a person in the loop.

Write a post once and send it to every account you run, each in the form its platform wants. Nothing goes out until you say so: new accounts start in preview, and review mode waits for your approval.

Open Mongoose PostHow it works

Sign in with your Mongoose account. Try it with a test account first: everything works the same, and nothing leaves Mongoose.

How it works

  1. Connect your accounts. Each platform checks the details before they're saved, and they're stored encrypted. They're never shown again, not even to you.
  2. Write once. One post, with a version per account: Bluesky's 300 characters, a TikTok title, the link where it's clickable and "link in bio" where it isn't. Problems show before you send.
  3. Review. Approve, reject or cancel from your phone. A post waiting for review that nobody approves within six hours of its time doesn't go.
  4. It goes out on schedule. Within each account's daily limit and spacing. Failures are explained in the platform's own words, and retried only when that's safe.

Built to keep your accounts in good standing

Preview first

A new account keeps every would-be post and sends nothing. Switching to review or automatic is one choice per account, and only a person can make it.

Limits and a stop switch

Daily limits per account and per workspace, spacing between posts, a pause, and an E-STOP that only the workspace owner can lift.

Honest automation

Posts only: no automatic likes, follows or reposts. You mark which accounts carry the platform's AI-content and automated labels, and TikTok's AI flag follows that.

Never twice

Each send is claimed once before the platform is called, so two clicks or two runs can't post the same thing twice. A retried API call with the same reference returns the first post.

Credentials stay put

Encrypted at rest, decrypted only for the moment a post is sent, and never in a page, a log or an export.

Five strikes

An account that fails five times in a row goes back to preview by itself, and one the platform signs out waits for you to reconnect it.

Where it posts today

Accounts you've already connected in Zernio post through it until our own apps for those platforms finish their reviews. Then they move over, one account at a time.

The engine under Mongoose Studio

Mongoose Studio makes quality-checked posts; Mongoose Post sends them. Agents and developers use the same API with a key from Settings: POST /v1/posts, POST /v1/media, GET /v1/accounts. A key can write and schedule, but approving posts and switching an account to sending stay with a person.
