Terms of service

Effective October 21, 2026. These terms are between you and Mongoose Athanor LLC, a Montana limited liability company, 1001 S. Main St., STE 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA. Contact: legal@mongooselabs.app.

The service

Mongoose Post publishes posts to social accounts you connect, when and how you tell it to. It's provided as is, while it grows: platforms change their rules and their interfaces, and a post can fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control. We tell you when a send fails and why, as far as the platform says.

Your accounts and your content

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to post for, with credentials you're allowed to give us.
• You're responsible for what you post, including posts written by tools you connect (Mongoose Studio, your agents, your code using an API key). Review mode and preview mode exist so you can see each post before it goes.
• Post only what you have the rights to. Mongoose Post accepts only images and video you upload yourself.
• You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only to provide the service.

Platform rules

Every platform's own terms apply to what you post there, and they win over anything here. In particular:

• Label automated accounts and AI-made content where the platform requires it. Mongoose Post sets TikTok's AI-content flag when you mark an account that way.
• No spam, no misleading content, no impersonation, and no coordinated activity across accounts to manipulate reach. Mongoose Post only posts; it never likes, follows or reposts.
• Respect each platform's limits. Mongoose Post's daily limits and spacing help, but they don't replace the platform's rules.

We may pause a workspace that's being used against these rules or a platform's, and we'll tell you why.

API keys

Keep your keys secret. Anything done with a key is done by your workspace. A key can write and schedule posts within each account's mode; approving posts and switching accounts to sending need a person.

Price

Mongoose Post has no charge while it's in its first release. If that changes, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, and you can delete your data before then.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mongoose Athanor LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a platform's own actions (removing a post, limiting or suspending an account). Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Montana law governs these terms.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before the change takes effect.
